Olivia Star

Olivia Star, a 35-storey building with a leasable area of approx. 45 000 sq m is the next stage of development of one of the most interesting multifunctional investments in Poland – Olivia Business Centre. On the top floors of Olivia Star, there will be, among others, a public observation deck, a restaurant and a conference centre. Residents and guests of the facility will be able to admire the most beautiful panorama in Poland from a height of over 150 meters: the Bay of Gdańsk, the cliffs of Gdynia, ports, the Hel Peninsula and the Tri-City Landscape Park.

Maciej Kotarski, Leasing Director at Olivia Business Centre, says: “Schibsted was particularly keen on a representative office of the highest quality. Olivia Star will be the most modern high-rise building in Poland and at the same time the first A+ class building in our region. A unique solution in such a tall building is the façade with tilting elements, enabling natural ventilation of all office floors. The top floors of Olivia Star, with an outdoor terrace, a café, a restaurant and a large conference centre, will be open to the public. From the top office, as well as from the Schibsted office, there will be a view of Gdańsk and Gdynia. The ground floor of the building will be connected to the winter garden, designed as a lively place for educational and artistic events, which will also be a relaxation space for Schibsted employees during the day. As well as the popular cafes and restaurants that will be located on the ground floor.”

The Olivia Business Centre complex is located in the middle of the agglomeration, at al. Grunwaldzka – the main artery of the Tri-City. The business centre is characterized by excellent access to public transport, including the Fast Urban Railway station and bus and tram stops. In the immediate vicinity there is the multifunctional Olivia Hall and the Main Campus of the University of Gdańsk. So far, the following buildings have been completed as part of the Olivia Business Centre investment: Olivia Gate, Olivia Point, Olivia Tower, Olivia Four and Olivia Six.
