Employing 2 700 people, Sii is one of the biggest IT companies in our country. What is more at the beginning of the year Sii was among the top 3 best IT companies in Poland. It got an Honorable Mention as a place to work in IT, in the AudIT contest, organized by Computerworld Magazine. It is the 5th time in a row that the company won one of the main awards and got acknowledged as one of the top 3 best places to work in IT. Except for Sii, such companies as Britenet and ING were among this year’s winners.
The award is granted on the basis of an external audit, an anonymous, employees job satisfaction evaluation survey – AudIT. The main aim of the study is to get to know the employees’ level of engagement, satisfaction and motivation, and to distinguish the companies, where the level of the variables mentioned is the highest. The results of the AudIT 2016 survey were announced during the Computerworld conference, which took place at the end of January 2017.
Organizations taking part in AudIT, undergo a thorough examination in order to determine the extent to which they meet the needs formulated by IT experts.
