This weekend (15-16.10.2016), at 13.00-22.00, Surf ‘n’ Turf will take place at the Lobster Restaurant. This is an event during which you will be able to try out the taste of combining the flavors of seafood with meat!

– Spicy mussels with chorizo in tomato, fennel and celery sauce on white wine with croutons – 15 zł
– Lettuce with duck breast marinated in plum brandy and salmon marinated in oranges and white wine, avocado, blueberries, cherry tomatoes – 15zł
– Chicken broth with oyster and vegetables, shrimp meatballs and pork ham with ginger – 20 zł
– Roe deer tenderloin tartare with blackberry, scallop saviche with lime and chilli, oyster with pomegranate dressing – 35 zł
– Grilled sous vide octopus on risotto with spicy chicken reduction – 20 zł
– Pork tenderloin marinated in honey and herbs with shrimps, Soba noodles and Irish mosse algae – 15 zł
– Beef tenderloin with sweet potato puree, vegetables and parsley chips, langoustine bisc – 30 zł
– Beef burger with lobster meat and shrimp, spicy mayonnaise, crispy bacon, lettuce, tomato – 35zł
