The Gdańsk Labour Office announces a competition for the “Foreigner-Friendly Employer”.
The influx of immigrants poses new challenges for employers and forces them to adapt their working conditions to the needs of a multicultural workforce.
In order to promote positive attitudes and good practices among Gdańsk employers, the Gdańsk Labour Office announces a competition for a “foreigner-friendly employer”.
The main objective of the competition is to support the processes of integration of immigrants within the local community by implementing procedures in Pomeranian companies to support adaptation to living and working conditions in Gdańsk and Pomerania.
The organizer of the competition for the Foreigner-Friendly Employer is the Gdańsk Labour Office.
