The theme of the fourth edition of this series is: “Business, CSR and Human Rights”, and its special guest will be Ms. Jacqueline Kacprzak – Minister’s Counsellor in the Ministry of Development.
During the meeting, you will receive answers to the following questions:
- How did human rights find their way into business?
- How has thinking about human rights changed over the last 25 years?
- Does business have to respect human rights?
- And: how to report on human rights?
The meeting will take place on 6 July, from 12.30 to 14.30, at Olivia Sky Club, Olivia Tower (12th floor). Jacqueline Kacprzak – Minister’s Counsellor at the Minister’s Office of the Ministry of Development, where she deals with corporate social responsibility. He represents Poland in the High Level Group on CSR at the European Commission and the Group on Responsible Business Committee, operating within the Investment Committee of the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD). Expert in the field of human rights, equal opportunities for women and men and diversity. She previously worked m.in. at the Ministry of Labour and Social Policy, the Microfinance Center and the Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. He also has many years of experience as a journalist (radio and TVP) and experience in running his own business.
