The HR club at Olivia has been operating for 2 years! Another online meeting is behind us. We present a short, hot report from Małgorzata Gwozdz, HR Director at Olivia Business Centre, co-founder and originator of the Club:
“The HR Club was inspired by the need to strengthen the role of Human Resources in communication with business and in transformation processes that take into account the trends identified a few years ago. Meanwhile, each of our guests emphasized that today we had to face challenges that we did not foresee.
As Aleksandra Trapp from infuture.institute said during her speech, we live in a reality happening according to the scenario we feared the most… It is not surprising that the industry has so many questions related to it. In the end, however, the experts’ statements sounded optimistic – there are many inspiring examples around, which are worth drawing from and which can stay with us in the so-called “Slovak Republic”. “New Normal” time.
Perry Timms (People & Transformational HR Ltd.) He pointed out how important it is to organize our companies based on networking and continuous feedback. Anna Morawiec-Bartosik from Ctrl+HR emphasized the importance of data, which multiplies our strength when introducing changes and discussions with management boards.
Aleksandra Trapp also made us aware of the fact that today we can get closer to the generations that contact remotely with such ease. Whether we like it or not, today we have all become experts in this field, or at least active participants in the virtual world.
Marcin Kuźmicz from inntu presented the most interesting practices from the last 3 months and conclusions for HR managers.
What’s ahead? Another, third year of the Club’s operation and hope that soon we will meet at the traditional coffee break to discuss further inspiring speeches.”
