We cordially invite you to the We Lead! meeting, which will take place on March 7, from 6.00 p.m. to 9.00 p.m., in Olivia Sky Club (Oliva Tower building, 12th floor). The meeting is free of charge, prior registration is required.

We Lead, because an organization without a team and a leader does not exist. The meeting is dedicated to all those who want to create and develop responsible, committed teams. The speakers will talk about what is important on the way to building effective organizations of the future based on trust, where the overriding value is the human being. They will guide you through the meanders of the teal organization theory, show you what goes wrong in them and why, in order to leave the participants with a positive message that the first step towards building the organization of the future is the development of leaders.

MONIKA ZUBRZYCKA-NOWAK

For many years, I have been accompanying people in developing their awareness of themselves, the relationships they create, and their responsibility for the quality of their lives. As a coach and trainer, I am happy to observe the process of evolution of both individual and team worldviews. Teal organizations can only exist in conditions in which the people who create them are ready for it. And I’m happy to share my knowledge and experiences leading to this readiness.

JAKUB MARCHWICKI
I’ve been a programmer for over a dozen years, an architect for a few years, an analyst sometimes, a consultant by choice, a manager by choice, a trainer by passion, a wannabe entrepreneur – by dreams, a leader of the Java User Group in Gdańsk – there’s a good chance that I’m not doing any of this well. But I’m trying… And I learn from my failures.

Passionate leader, coach and mentor focused on the development of teams and their achievements as the best way to achieve goals. I want to share my experience with others in how to build smart and effective teams, in which communication escapes absolutely everything. I dream that participatory organizations, based on trust, collective intuition and wisdom, where the supreme value is the human being, will replace all soulless, procedural and bureaucratic creations. I believe it is possible!
